2 Ingredient cookies!

Yes I did make a recipe “tutorial” a couple days ago. If you want to find out how to make guilt free ice cream with 3 simple ingredients (Frozen bananas, cocoa powder, & peanut butter) Check out that here!

These are really good, especially with chocolate chips. (Keep in mind, it does have a very “oat taste” To me, there is no banana taste!)

This is cookies with 2 ingredients:

2 Large Bananas

2 cups of oats

Chocolate chips are optional, but they are really good with them!

I made them into bite-sized cookies. Which made approximately 20 cookies.

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Put your 2 cups of oats into a blender and blend until it’s formed into a powder. Mix your oats with smashed bananas. (I mashed my 2 bananas with a fork and was just fine!)

I recommend to use your hands to mix the bananas and the oats together.. Mixing with a spoon will not work! In the beginning, I thought that I had too much oats. They just weren’t mixing too well. But when you really work it in, eventually it will mix together!

Once you have the bananas and oats well mixed, form them into your preferred size. Then stick them in the oven. I honestly don’t have for an exact time. I kept checking on them until the bottom was slightly brown.

Then you’re done! It’s really good with a little ice cream or even just milk. Hope you enjoy!! xo
